HORTICULTURE AT MIT
WELCOME
As part of their studies, our School of Horticulture students are required to propagate and grow a range of plants that can be purchased by the public at a great rate.
We specialise in growing New Zealand native plants for coastal sites, revegetation projects and wetland sites, and feature specimen trees for attracting birds. The majority are used in co-operation with local south Auckland councils and landowners.
We also have a limited quantity of flowering hanging baskets, potted colour, indoor plants, succulents, flowering perennials, herbs, exotic specimen trees and garden shrubs, flower and vegetable seedlings, topiary standards, bromeliads and more.
We always have great specials plus all our usual stock. Stock up on a good range of plants at very reasonable prices.
